THE SALE AND SHIPPING OF OUR PRINTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PRINTS ON CANVAS:

Our digital art is printed on high quality canvas, without a frame. The canvas is stretched by hand on a wooden frame of 4,5 cm thick. The image is printed on the canvas with professional ink which color authenticity is guaranteed by the manufacturer up to 75 years. Canvas has a visible structure which shows a minor difference of the image and colour as it is shown on our website.

2. PAYMENT/INVOICE

To pay the order the customer can choose the following means of payment: iDeal (NL), Bancontact (BE), Giropay (DE) or Credit Card. The payment has to be done in advance. After the payment has been completed the customer will receive an email + invoice to confirm the order and will the order be activated.

3. SHIPPING AND RETURN

All prints will be produced and shipped by a specialised printing company. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days. The customer will receive a track and trace link to follow the delivery of the order. The moment the shipping company has delivered the print to the customer we consider the order as completed. If the order can not be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, we will inform the customer by mail in due time.

If the print on canvas is not to the customers expectations, it can be send back within 7 days, undamaged and in its original packaging. The purchase price will be paid back to the customer within 7 days. The costs for the return shipment will be paid by the customer.

If the print is damaged upon arrival the customer will receive a new print or we will pay back the purchase price. In this case we will request photos by mail to show the damage clearly.

4. GUARANTEE

We give a two-year guarantee on a print on canvas. According to the manufacturer of the ink used to make the prints, a print can remain colourfast for up to 75 years. However, the print should not hang in full sunlight. We do not guarantee influences such as: water/moisture; high/low temperature; fire- or smoke damage; or damage caused by the customer or third parties.

5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices as shown on our website are including 21% V.A.T..

No shipping costs will be charged for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. We also ship prints to Germany (+ € 6,95) and France (+ € 9,95). We do not ship prints to other countries at this moment.

6. ERRORS.
We do our very best to show images, text, sizes and prices correctly. However, it is possible that mistakes are made or a system error will show wrong images, text, sizes or prices. In such a situation we are not obliged to deliver articles as they are displayed on the site.

7. COPYRIGHT.

The print as received by the customer and the images shown on our website are all subject to copyright and are not allowed to be copied or reproduced.

8. PRIVACY.

The data as submitted by our customers will treated confidential, will only be used for administrative purposes and not be shared with others.

Our provider "JOUWWEB" will do everything possible to protect our customers data. We are not responsible for mistakes made by our provider.
