SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

All our prints are produced and shipped by a specialised printing company. The printing and shipping will take 3 up to 5 working days.

Shipping prints to the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge. We also ship prints to Germany ( + € 6,95) and France + € 9,95). At this moment we do not ship prints to other countries.

If the received print does not match the customers expectations, it can be send back within 7 days after receiving, undamaged and in its original packaging, to: JO ENGELEN DIGITAL ART, Schoutstraat 63, 6463 EE Kerkrade, The Netherlands.

The costs for the return shipment have to be paid by the customer.

Please send the return message below. It is not necessary to give a reason for sending the print back but it is possible if you want to.
